Elizabeth is Associate Director for the John Brown House Museum at the Rhode Island Historical Society

Elizabeth is a leader with extensive museum experience in development, event planning, marketing, social media management, media and academic engagement, and editing. Creator and manager of innovative historical interpretation program recognized throughout the Northeast for its pioneering approach to public history, while also developing and executing a lecture series, a historic site/walking tour program, and extensive online educational content. Recognition includes Providence Business News “Top 40 Under 40” award, appointment to Rhode Island’s 250 Commission and the Roger Williams University Education Advisory Board, along with selection as a grant reviewer for a state arts council and a peer reviewer for an academic journal. Proven track record of building relationships in target communities and partnerships across institutions.
